Recently, the China Electricity Council (CEC) issued the Notice on Announcement of the Benchmarking Results of the Energy Efficiency Level of Gas Generating Units in the Power Industry in 2019 (Technology [2020] No. 13), and the Unit No. 1 and No. 2 of Datang Taizhou Thermoelectric (Datang Taizhou Thermal Power) were awarded the “5A-class Winning Unit” of the National 180MW “E-class” Heating Unit in 2019. Datang Taizhou Thermoelectric was also became the only Double 5A-class gas turbine enterprise in China. At the same time, the ratings of the two units took the top two in the national benchmarking of units of the same type, truly achieving one of the best in the industry.

    These two units were both rated as “5A-level”, which was a comprehensive affirmation for the company in 2019 with the evaluation including reliability indicators, economic indicators, environmental protection indicators, and technical supervision indicators. Datang Taizhou Thermoelectric s two sets of GE 9E gas turbine supporting Heat Recovery Steam Generators were implemented by our company（AE&E NJ）at the end of 2015 and officially put into commercial operation at the end of 2016.
