Following the successful operation of the Guangzhou Development Aotou Distributed Energy Station, AE&E Nanjing Boiler Co., Ltd. has launched a new project in the Guangzhou Development Taiping Distributed Energy Station. 

 

    At 21:08 on December 2, 2020, Unit 1 of the Guangzhou Development Taiping Distributed Energy Station Project successfully completed the 72 + 24 hours full-load trial operation test, it marked this unit Equipment can be officially enter commercial operation.

 

    The Guangzhou Development Taiping Distributed Energy Station project is located in Taiping Town, Conghua District, Guangzhou. This project is a major construction project in Guangzhou, it invested and constructed by Guangzhou Development Power Group Co., Ltd.

 

    This project officially started construction in December 2018, with two Siemens SGT-700 gas turbines, two 42t/h Heat Recovery Steam generators (HRSG) designed and manufactured by AE&E Nanjing Boiler Co., Ltd., two 15MW extraction condensing steam turbine generator sets and two hot water lithium bromide sets, which are used to form a gas-fired combined cycle power generation system with heating and cooling.

 

    After the project is completed, it will achieve to generate 4 billion KWh and heat supply of 87 selectivity annually. This unit can replace the small coal-fired boilers of 21 industrial enterprises in Taiping Town, which will reduce the emissions of smoke, carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxides in the area, and promote the sustainable development of the local economy.

At present, the unit 2 of the project has also started 72 + 24 hours trial operation test ahead of schedule. AE&E NJ will continue to provide on-site commissioning services and technical support to promote the entire project proceed smoothly.
